MVRPC hosted its second Geographic Information System (GIS) training session on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Wright State University’s GIS Lab.
The event was a big success, with a total of 17 attendees, 16 of which were from 11 different MVRPC member organizations.
The session was intended for first time GIS users and focused on hands-on learning on how to use ArcGIS Desktop software. MVRPC staff members served as instructors and each participant had an opportuniy to learn how to bring in, manipulate, analyze, and map demographic data using ArcGIS Desktop.
